This Section Is Manned With Employees Trained To Perform Administrative Duties In Several Foreign Languages Based On Specialized Technical Knowledge, Namely Knowledge Of Real Estate Affairs, Regulations And Laws To Ensure Non-Violation Thereof As Well As Broad Knowledge Of Prevailing Prices At Each District And The Quality Of Behavior And Nationalities Of Such District For Convenient Performance Of The Administration Duties. This Is In Addition To Collection Of Rent In Time.

Technical Section

This Section Supervises All Necessary Maintenance Works Including Ordinary Operational Maintenance Of The Leased Properties As A Result Of Normal Use As Well As Emergency Maintenance Including Necessary Actions To Handle Unexpected Failure Or Malfunction And Determines The Maintenance Incurred By The Tenant And Maintenance Incurred By The Company Through Specialized Technical Management Including The Company???s Own Staff And The Outsourced Labor

  5. Follow-Up Of Maintenance Works And Maintenance Contracts Of The Property’s Utilities Through Communication With The Specialized Maintenance Companies (Air-Conditioning, Escalators, Firefighting And Fire Alarm Systems, Electricity, Telephone, Internet, Water And Electricity Networks);
  6. Preparation Of Technical Reports And Submission Thereof To The Owner.

 

Third: Legal Section services
This Section Is Manned With Specialized Team Of Legal Advisors With The Support Of Executive Staff Having Good Knowledge Of Executive Legal Processes.

This Section Carries Out The Following Duties:

  1. Preparation, Review And Issue Of Lease Contracts And Appendices And Regular Regulation Of Contracts;
  2. Preparation And Review Of Necessary Maintenance Contracts;
  3. Follow-Up Of Renewal Of Expired Contracts And Adjustment Of Rent According To The Market Prices;
  4. Filing Lawsuits In Respect Of The Tenants Defaulting The Payment Of Rent And Representing The Owner In Such Lawsuits And Appearing Before The Courts Until The Delivery Of Final Judgments And Following Up The Situation Of Judgments And Orders Delivered In This Respect.
